Rules:

1. Your paid admission to the Fair is also your entry fee into this contest.
2. Registration is held at the Fairgrounds on the day of the contest at 12:00 PM.
3. The contest will start promptly at 1:00 PM in the open field below the track.
4. Bring your own shoes and a partner.  We will have shoes available if needed.
